"Waited at the diver though to make my order. No one was there u waited for 5 minutes so I drove up to the next window no one was there drove up to the last window. This Mexican lady very nasty told me this is your order I said no wait I was waiting but no one was there so I told her I drove here just to have tell me I was here. No you where not anyways. Then she said you need to go all the way back get in line really!!! I look back about 20 cars.. So I went inside and she is only speaking Spanish to me. I myself I’m from Mexico but please don’t judge a book by its cover. I will never go back!!!"
"Very poor service and the sandwich was the worst I've ever tasted at a McDonald's. They would not give me a receipt because they said they don't give them when you order from the app. All other McDonald's have given me a receipt when I've ordered from the app so I found that odd. On top of this glitch, the sandwich wad old and disgusting so I didn't eat it. The staff was patronizing and unhelpful. I wonder if other people who order from the app don't get receipts either from this location and if this could be a consumer issue uner the unlawful trade practices act in Oregon. Since I'm licensed to practice law in Oregon, I can check that out."
"My hubby's latte was dine right & good. Small caramel frappe was good. I had ordered med cold brew frappe since I saw that y'day for first time on app & wanted to try out. Unfortunately it wasn't available at this location & they offered my either a refund or any other drink so had to change it to med mocha frappe which was good & acc to my instructions. Sorry half full cup pic since I had already drank some."
"Employees typically are pleasant enough. Though drive through window workers tend to throw/thrust change or receipts at you as if paying other than by a debit card is a hassle. However, workers seem to consistently, at least 2 out of every 3 or maybe it's every and the third is because I happened to order at a different location, miss the bacon on the burger. Ticket clearly says there's bacon, burger clearly has no bacon. If bacon is not available, that don't let me order it. I'd rather not pay for something I'm not going to get."
