Domino's Pizza

"Horrendous experience here tonight. Ordered two pizzas and told approximately 30mins. Waited 1 hour and 10 mins… politely checked in with girl who said simply ‘I told her (my daughter) that it’d be over 30 mins. I suggested that ‘over 30 mins’ is not quite the same thing as ‘70 mins’. She shrugged her shoulders. I walked away for about another 3 mins… and when I walked back over she asked if I paid by card or cash. I said card… and then told me that she has cancelled my order. I was annoyed and proceeded to ask for her name… but she declined to share it with me… my wife asked if there was a manager on duty… and she exclaimed that she was the manager. Good luck Dominos… you have your work cut out for you with such a rude and customer disinterested employee."

"they do not go according to the measurements displayed everywhere in the store. always super dry not enough sauce even when putting extra sauce. they only recently starting putting in effort"

"Why say your open till 12 for delivery if it's always shut down at 10pm. It's getting ridiculous! 5 out of 10 times the stores not taking deliveries. Moving on to pizza hut. Lost a customer here!"

"This place is frustrating almost every time my husband orders from here. Tonight he ordered 2 pizzas and when he got there they sent one out for delivery so he had to wait for another to be made. Then they made it but when he brought it home it was still wrong. My daughter doesn't like pineapple and they still put pineapple on her pizza. My husband doesn't want to make a second trip so this deserved a review. There's always been an issue every visit to this special dominos. Edit: Last night trying to order over the phone is a joke. It's automated and doesn't let you talk to an actual employee when your having issues ordering. It kept trying to charge us double the actual price. And when it says they'll connect you to someone your on hold for way too long only to be hung up on. I'm officially done with dominos"

"Haven't had a Domino's Pizza in probably 30 years but it was the only place close by that delivered. have to say it has improved somewhat. Delivery was fast although the pizza had obviously been tilted sideways as it was all in one corner with the slices piled on top of each other. Pizza was decent but their prices have certainly gone up. Used to be cheap now it's up there with the rest of the pizza parlors. Had the thin crust and it was done right nice and crispy sauce was okay and ingredients were okay. If I wanted a pizza and they were the only one around I would order it again, but if I had another choice I would probably try it. It's Dominos it is what it is. Update... Ordered from them several times since initial review. Have to say I've been pleasantly surprised. Has been consistently decent for the money and very fast delivery. Nothing fancy but good pie. Will continue to order from them."
