I was up against the needlessly and excessively greedy practices of my previous landlord, and I thought it would be impossible to go up against them--the home owners. Wes gave me the facts right from the beginning about how things would likely play out in various scenarios, and he didn't pressure me into a decision. In the end I was able to recover the cost of moving which included the lost income of taking off of work at the last minute to deal with it all. He also educated me on how to keep better records so that if I'm taken advantage of again in the future I will have the best means to recourse. I now feel more confident about dealing with property managers and home owners. If I have any issues with excessively greedy or predatory home owners or property managers again in the future, I would definitely call him again."
