"They will lock your PO Box on day one of late payment, but not unlock it for five days after you've paid your bill. Garbage service. DO YOUR JOB! The PO Box prices have doubled over the last four years, for less service. It used to be open five days a week from 10-2. Now, they only staff this office for two hours a day, and on MOST days.. have a sign instead that basically says they don't have the staff to run the place (that they get money from us for). Yet another example of how USPS is a failing, dying service."
"They collect mail BEFORE the post office opens (10am) according to the mailbox, and the post office was closed at 12:30 (in the middle of their stated hours) on a non-holiday Friday. Doesn't seem like a very good, reliable, or consistent place to mail something!"
