Reviews
"Told my package was delivered but it wasn't- still waiting to hear where my package is"
"Never wrote a review before, but, oh man. Multiple times have they failed to deliver packages, in one way or another. Put in the parcel locker, great! But wrong key in the wrong mailbox so I can't get it. Damaged products in shipping, box says fragile clearly, yet dents and damages on all 6 sides. They aren't at fault for me never getting my money back on that $800 CPU, but they certainly created most of the problems."
"I pay for a PO box but can't seem to receive my packages in a correct and timely manner. They have given my packages to someone else and responded with "I don't know what to tell ya." I had to file a report against the Post Office just to get them to do something. Today we had packages coming for our 5 kids for Easter, they decided that they were "too busy" and refused to release our packages to us and told us to come back on Monday. Even though they were told it was for Easter...they didn't care. Clearly no one here can do their job!"
"The mail lady which I was told her name is mimi. Is lazy and gives my mail to the neighbors and my neighbors mail to me. I received once during Christmas the neighbor's mail that lives 6 houses away. Packages that are time sensitive, no attempt was made, to deliver package to the door. I get a form to come pick up my package after 4:30 pm. Because no one was home. If she had tried she would have found out I had been home all day expecting the package. I complain and I'm told she's been a good employee for years. She's not though! She needs to be replaced with someone that loves his/her job and does it right. It's because this post office wants to hold on to long term lazy employees that it will never have a good rating. Wish we could get new people in there."
"Told me my package was delivered when I hadn't received it. And told me there's no cameras at all in the back they could even look at. The manager Gerri told me when giving me the contact number i asked for they'll let her know I contacted them and that's all they can do. I understand mistakes are made and things get lost, but her unwillingness to even try to help honestly is very disappointing. If you're going to work customer service I feel you should atleast try to be helpful."
