"I will never use UPS again. I was guaranteed my package would arrive today 12/23. I've tried to track it on the UPS tracker and it has said "label created" for over a week now with absolutely no updates. When I went to check it today it's now telling me my package will arrive on the 28th. So my son's Christmas is ruined, thanks UPS. I've talked to a few people who have had a similar experience and I'm just shocked that a company that has been established this long can be so inept. I'm so disappointed."
