"What a terrible experience. I'm in my first trimester of pregnancy, and I can't keep anything down for the past two weeks. So I finally found this place and I've been able to eat the Italian night club if I swap the salami with turkey, and they've done it for me every time..without a hassle. I work clear in Albany and live in Woodburn, I had to come home early, I was to nauseated to work, and haven’t eaten since the night before, so around 130pm, i went through the drive through, and they absolutely refused to swap the meat, I said they've done it before, I told them it hasn’t been an issue before, I also mentioned I am pregnant, that I can't keep anything down, and I started to get emotional because I’m not only hungry, but I start to feel like I’m never going to be able to eat. The thought of salami makes me want to vomit, I started to cry, I asked for their names, so I could report it to management, and they wouldn't give me any names to report to management, the girl said rudely “I don’t have to give you my name” then I asked for a manager, and it was silent, so again I asked for names, if they had any names, she again told me she didn’t have to give it to me. At this moment I’m emotional, pregnant, and really disappointed in how I’m being treated, I have spent the past two weeks ordering the same sandwich from them, this how the youth treat people now days? Jeeeeez I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE if the woman with the crossed arms is someone “in charge” she was by far the worst. I can tell she’s never had morning sickness that lasts weeks on end…. and the harm in not eating can result me into the emergency room and harm the baby as well… Not to mention I’ve also worked in the service industry and it’s mandatory to give customer service, and it’s just basic humanity to make extra attempts to those who are elderly, younger children, and pregnant woman. This woman however lacked every attribute when it comes to customer service. All the other employees have been sweet to me until today, she by far was the worst. I also carry a dash cam if the owner wants to listen in on this employee and how she treats your customers."

"Bad experience and it looks like I wasn’t the only one that had it today as I see other people in line returning sandwiches. We ordered a group order online and had 3 of the 9 sandwiches made wrong and didn’t receive two sandwiches all together. Horrible success rate. What was most frustrating was then doubting that I didn’t receive them when it was simple addition."

"Sandwich was delicious and the guy at the cash was nice enough to explain what was on the sandwich, as I haven't been to a JJ in a while. I had a headache when I came in, so I wasn't very focused and forgot to add hot peppers. They gave me some extra in a dish and it just about made my day. Tesla supercharger nearby too."

"Employees lack any type of critical thinking and common sense. I ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 regular and 1 "Giant" sized. At the drive through window I asked for the Giant to be cut in 3 pieces instead of 2. She couldn't hear me so I repeated it. "Is it possible to cut the Giant into 3 pieces? We have 3 kids so we usually split a Giant into 3." Her response "OH you want it cut into 3 pieces instead of 2? Yes, we can cut it into 3 pieces."... This typically wouldn't be that big of a deal (it's just a sandwich), but when you're traveling and eating in the car with kids, it's not easy or possible to cut a sandwich. Wouldn't have been an issue if they just said "No", we would have ordered differently. But when we got our food there was only 4 sandwiches (meaning the Giant was cut into 2, not 3). So I bring it in and let them know I asked for it to be cut into 3 but they only cut it in 2. I reiterated that I confirmed with them multiple times and they previously said yes, they could do it. The employee at the counter said "So what do you want us to do? How do you want it cut?" I said "I don't know but I needed 3 pieces not 2." So she reluctantly takes it back and cuts each one in half. So now I have 4 pieces. She hands them back to me and I said "This is 4 pieces not 3." She quickly responds "Sorry we didn't hear you correctly through the drive through, have a nice day" and walked away. All of the other employees just stared at me not offering another solution or saying anything. Annoyed and not willing to deal with this anymore I just left. I figured since I confirmed multiple times in the drive through and at the window they'd just remake it or something and cut it right. But at the expense of losing a customer, they decided to pretty much say screw you. So I'm never going to this location again. Not that the employees care. This visit was Sunday 7/23/23 around 3pm. Employee was a girl with dark hair. This is the first "review" I've ever left, because I usually don't care. But this was especially annoying to deal with and was treated very poorly. Hopefully management sees this."

"I ordered a GIANT club Lulu with a cookie and a drink. What I got was the driver forgetting my drink, then when I asked about the size of the sandwich, she said I take what I am given. I called the store, spoke to the manager, I let her know the sandwich I received was a little John's, not a normal size, and not the giant I ordered. She said she made that sandwich herself and was not a little johns. Let her know that I do know the difference between the two sandwiches. Then she asked if I ate the sandwich, I said half as I'm hungry (its 330 pm) The manager told me to not eat the other half and she would have the driver bring me a 8 in. I asked why an 8 if I ordered a giant? I finally just said fine as I'm hungry and told her I wouldn't order from there again. The driver came back with my sandwich and looked at the one I was given and agreed, it was a little John, she then went out and got another half of my sandwich. Yes, they made it better, but due to poor management, I will not go to the Woodburn Jimmy Johns again, but the delivery driver was great!!"
