"I ordered two soups because they had NO bread. They gave me one soup and a giant salad????? They took forever to get me my food. If there was any reason I couldn’t get one soup I would have been more than happy to substitute. They were too focused on closing and not the cars in line. The cashier also said something weird to me after dropping my card and the magstrip getting deactivated ??"
"Tables dont get cleaned. I had to get a napkin and wipe it myself. My favorite pizza was missing from the menu and what got instead didn't taste good. Will avoid this location. Tualatin's Panera is somuch better."
"Rude employees. The kiosk took 15 minutes to process my order noone was around to offer assistance. After we paid an employee finally arrived and we were told it would be 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes for our food I saw a sign that said my name and "we got it" I thought that meant it was ready so I went to the Rapid Pick-up window and was greeted by a woman who rudely said " what" and made it clear I was disturbing her. People don't know how the process works and customers should feel welcome to ask questions. I expected a friendly how can I help you not a "What". I will not be back. Treat people better! Our order took about 30 min."
"My first time visiting Panera Bread and the food was wonderful. The fast line kiosk for ordering food was handy and they had a variety of soups, bread, sandwiches and other food to order. Wait time for our order was unsatisfactory and it took over 20 minutes for our order to be prepared. There was plenty of seating and the establishment was very clean. Food quality was above average and tasted very well for a fast food type establishment. Price was around $7-8 per meal item and in the affordable and even cheaper range compared to other similar chains. Overall, I will most likely be visiting another Panera Bread in the future. I like the soup and sandwich options for a filling homely lunch ."
