"The Walgreens staff was confused about what I was shipping because it was not prepackaged. No package materials on site. I had to talk slowly and explain that I needed to ship a key fob, and it confused her even more. I had to figure out that they do not have shipping materials for myself. All the person had to say was they only accept prepackaged items shipping and they do not have shipping mats on site. 0 customer service."
"I had 2 chores. Send a package and go to another store that I knew to have birthday cards. Happily, FedEx sells holiday and bday cards! Some were very amusing like the one I sent my son. That was nice! I was saved another 1/2 mile walk! I showed the card to the clerk and she got a kick out of it, too. Good people, good services, lifes necessities! ."
