"It seems like the Post Office gets bad reviews no matter the location. I can't speak for other places, but my experience with the Harrisburg PO has been great. Friendly, helpful, and haven't had any issues with mail going astray. It must be a job with many challenges (based on the number of complaints everywhere), but I really appreciate it being an option for mail."

"Well the courier person did it again. They marked both my husband's and my Amazon packages delivered and set on our front porch. Well, our neighbor next to us delivered our packages we didn't have. These people couldn't possibly be so hurried to have no time to verify they are at the correct address.. this is complete nonsense, I have NEVER had a problem with my mail/packages either being delivered to the wrong address or it being marked as delivered but not recieve it the day it was marked delivered until i moved to Harrisburg. It's so sad these people are careless with other residents packages."

"I’m so tired of my work checks and packages being delivered to other people. I’m tired of delivering other people’s packages that come to me. We have locked boxes in our community for security, but when the post office puts them in the wrong boxes it defeats the purpose. I understand this is going to happen sometimes, but not as often as it does. There is a difference between being busy and making a mistake and being careless"

"Absolutely ridiculous. Mail service is lazy, unorganized, mail can't be delivered right or at at all. Or on time. I dropped a package off it took 2 weeks for it to finally be shipped out which ended up being sent back to me because the packaging needed to be package different. They 100% need a better work crew and someone to get on to them so they can get straight. The public is unhappy with them and we need our mail on time. I've been late on my bills because I haven't received the forms till after due date. If yall need help let me know and I come down there and work for free if I have too. It's just Uncalled for."
