FedEx Drop Box

The FedEx Drop Box located at 123 Northeast 3rd Avenue in Portland, Oregon, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. The drop boxes can accept boxes up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size.

Drop-off times vary depending on location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times. Some drop box sites also offer Saturday pickup options.

To use the drop box, you can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package, then simply drop it off at a FedEx Drop Box near you. Cash, check, and credit card payments are not accepted at the drop box location.

In addition to drop boxes, FedEx also has nationwide FedEx Office locations that offer packing and shipping services, as well as FedEx Ship Centers with late hours, cutoff times, and the ability to ship hazardous goods. You can use FedEx packaging or your own with a FedEx shipping label, but packages should not be left outside the drop box. For packages too large for the drop box, bring them to the counter at a nearby FedEx location, such as FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, Walgreens, Dollar General, or grocery locations nationwide.
