"How does this make any sense???? Starts out in Hillsboro, Or. And then gose to three other states back to Hillsboro then to Canby where it should have stayed. Then to Madras, Oregon for pickup? Now it's processing to where? Who knows. No wonder our postal rates have gone up. "They lost a package that should’ve been delivered 3 days ago. When I called to ask about it. The lady acting like the loss was no big thing, and even after “investigating” she still didn’t have answer. Just continued being rude. I’ll never send another package through them"

"I have lived at the same address for 19+ years and my mail is constantly going to other house owners. We only have 41 residents here with a locked mailbox system in one place. What is the problem? Many of the residents here experience the same problem. Please try to remedy this issue."

"Constantly mixes up my address with an address on Starlight Ct. Sent a notice that a package had arrived at my residence that was left in the mailbox. I was sitting at my desk as the mail truck drove away - when I went out to the mail box - no package. Impossible to contact USPS."

"Padded envelope package was left on top my trashcan, on trash day. Luckily I saw it before it was lost. I’ve also gotten other people’s mail in my mailbox, sometimes from not even around my area! I always bring a pen when I get my mail, I know I’ll be writing “delivered to wrong address” on at least one envelope. The staff inside though, are very helpful and nice."
