"3rd time now. Uber forgot items from this store. It's due to the employees not having the whole order together. The drive only knows he's picking up and the name. The employees are not making sure the side items are being picked up to. 3rd time I got ripped off."

"Walked in and ordered my food. Made it very clear what I wanted. Just meat in my calzone. Had a ton of pineapple in it. Not only was my order wrong, the take and bake completely burnt our pizza. We couldn't eat the pizza or calzone. Needless to say, we ate pizza toppings and salad for dinner."

"It was 5 stars until... I order pizza every Tuesday and most Friday nights. I have experienced good service and good pizza for literally years now. That said, last Tuesday [11/15], I called to order the same as always, a large 5 meat stuffed pizza. I was told "we don't have the thing to make a stuffed pizza". I simply changed it to a large all meat but, when my fiancé went to pick up the pizza she wasn't having it, and they made her the 5 meat stuffed pizza. Today [11/22], I ordered a large 5 meat stuffed pizza and was told "I'm sorry, we don't have the thing to make a stuffed pizza". I decided to go to Oregon city and upon ordering I asked about the aforementioned "thing it takes" to make a stuffed pizza. I was told, as I expected, nothing special is needed. Only a top crust, some toppings and braided edges. Fat lies much? Zero fox given about customers? Deplorable"
