"Not sure what the employees are doing but I came to order the place is clearly open and I wasted about 20 minutes in the drive through waiting for someone to answer. All the lights are on the sign is on there’s a car parked In the parking lot guess they are just sitting back there on their phone or something because who ever is on shift is not visible through the windows. 11:07pm 1/16/24."

"I was in camby for work I stopped in and got two five-layer burritos and added chicken to them when I got my food and they did not have chicken in them but I did pay for it. I called in and talked to the day manager who told me to come back anytime and they would replace my food the next day I just happened to be in the area again and tried to go back and get my corrected order the day manager did not let the night manager know about the problem and the night manager wanted me to come back the next day and the daytime to talk to the daytime manager to get my corrected order. I would have been happy to do that but I live in Salem and this it was in canby Oregon. My work dictates my schedule and where I go so I might not be back in canby for a couple weeks. All it would have taken was a little communication between the two to solve my problem but it seems like even that is too much to ask from the employees at taco bell in canby oregonoo"

"Update 11/02/2023 We just had the best service ever from a nice young man named Draven. Seriously, this was the best we have ever been treated here and for that matter at a lot of places. Draven should be promoted to management. If he ran the show, I bet this location would thrive. We almost stopped coming here because of how rude the other employees are, but Draven blew us away today. Please give this young man a raise and advance his career. He is what you NEED. Thank you Draven!!! I have attached my receipt. First off, I tried your new Grilled Cheese Taco. What a ripoff. Look at the picture and tell me how this even looks like what you are selling. At $1 each, I would be ok, but $4 each??? This is fraud. Next, the "manager" we dealt with was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. We get this guy all the time and he is constantly like this, never changes. He is a young 20 something male with glasses. My wife asked him how to use our app to get the rewards on our purchase? Did hge need to scan it or do we scan our receipt? He acted very put out to even be asked and said I don't use it so I have no idea. We asked for the manager and he said they were out and he is a manager. I asked if anyone else working knew, and he said no, nobody would know that. Really? I can believe how disrespectful he was and that this is allowed by Taco Bell. I am totally put off on going to your business anymore. This is uncomfortable and unacceptable."

"Absolutely awful! They just renovated and the soda machine is broken, they decided to change the shell for the chalupa and now apparently they have a meat shortage. If you want to spend your money on all lettuce and a tortilla shell then this is where you want to go."
