"I stopped at this location, an authorized shipping center, to drop off a FedEx Ground package. There is an illuminated sign designating it as a shipping center, and the older man said who said I was a shipping center? When I pointed out his sign in the window, he got more snarky. I had hoped to transfer my PO Box there, but given the attitude, I’ll pass. And they close at 5, not 6. I love Postal Annex for cute little gifts. I didn't buy a thing after he fussed at asking for a receipt. It’s not like I asked him to drive the package to its destination."
"Wish I could leave negative stars. I just called this location of Postal Annex & spoke to Scott. I asked what they charged over & above what the FedEx store charges to send a FedEx envelope. He told me he had no idea & hung up on me. I will obviously never patronize this shipping location."
