"It is locked up tight and although there were 3 personal vehicles no one would answer a knock on the door. You cannot count on them to do returns."

"Although I have successfully received UPS deliveries at my address on Highway 101, about 1 out of 4 times UPS says the address is incorrect and is unable to make the delivery. There is no one to contact to clarify things and, if one contacts the UPS office, it is a computer phone tree which is not able to do anything other than confirm that it needs a correct address. Well, it already has the correct address, but apparently the individuals in the Florence UPS office are unable to navigate the Florence area. Once they returned items to the vendor. I would simply never use UPS, but, unfortunately, one rarely has control over the shipper that a particular vendor may use. Of my options, UPS is clearly the most unreliable. As indicated by other reviews, this seems to be a common problem in the Florence area."

"Waiting for defibrillator battery. Truck stopped at only other bldg. on street which is empty. Driver can't read numbers??? Lousy service."

"Paid for over night shipping and UPS is just not up to their word. Everything I order is over night and never get it the next day. Always get an update that address is incorrect. How is it that they can fly up and down my street every day but cant deliver as promised? Unless it is just lazy people getting their route and not wanting to complete their job because it's an inconvenience to them to have to go back and deliver an item they forgot or got added to the route. Is it the paying people's fault and now we have to suffer, or just that your employees dont have pride in their job and the company is just happy but their customer service sucks. I will try my best to not use UPS again. Regular mail is just as fast as they are. Maybe ship over night using USPS instead."

"I paid extra to have a package delivered from Best Buy. The package spent four days in Florence before being returned to sender because they could not find my address. I don't live out in the forest. I live where the streets are numbered. How hard is that?! I live in the grid! Do they even try? I don't think so. Thanks for ruining a birthday UPS. Get your act together and maybe give a map a try one in a while!"
