"I can't even rate this company. I asked to have our motorhome towed across the street to a person who was going to fix it. And I was quoted $700 - to $3,000 dollars. How does this qualify for lower costs for locals living in Florence. It's a 40' pusher. I'm sure it's not the only one they have towed. We had this motorhome towed we we broke down on South Dakota, and we were hours away from going back to a mechanic. That was $3000/dollars. Nice people and worth the money. Asking Mask bros to tow across the street is absolutely stupid and ridiculous. I bet it's not even a quarter mile. I will never recommend this business, and I pray I never need them."

"Excellent customer service !! Out of five tow companies only Mast Brothers would help us get our disabled vehicle towed to Tony's garage due to the short distance of tow. Mast Brothers accepted the tow request and responded in 10 minutes. Professional and courteous. The driver also reassured us it was only a hose that broke to the radiator. I highly recommend Mast Brothers not only for their rapid response but also for their excellent customer service."
"I had my motorcycle tire blow out yesterday while riding. I'm from Bellingham, WA and idk the area very well. One of the drivers and his boss (I'm sorry I didn't catch their names) are extremely nice and tried to help us find a place and gave us some recommendations on where we might be able to go for a cruiser to get a new tire. It would be too expensive to tow home! They took their time talking with us and even look up places from here to Coos Bay or Eugene and made some calls. Unfortunately it was after 6pm so not a lot of places open! I definitely recommend these guys to come out and help you! Very nice gentlemen and very easy to talk to! They definitely care about their customers!"
