"Absolutely, hands down, worst Burger King! I can not even fathom how this business is still open! My kids and I went through the drive-thru at 10:17pm (late night sport event) waited 18mins just to get to the speaker with only 2 cars ahead of me! Once at the speaker I’m greeted with a “I’ll be with you in a min” another 5/6 mins goes by, I start ordering (2 bacon cheddar whopper burgers) she says “I’m sorry I only have 1 whooper patty” so I say ok I’ll just get one and order something else (chicken wrap) go to order a whopper jr and she says let me see if I have any.. says she has 1, ok I’ll take it. Get to the window she doesn’t say ANYTHING, is pouring drinks, walks away, comes back and asks a question on how I ordered the whopper jr. Goes back to the back, yells from the back that they are out of chicken.. another worker comes to the window to tell me that they don’t have the chicken for the wrap I ordered! They had NO FOOD COOKED but stay open until midnight!!! I asked them to just take it off of my order since I still hadn’t even paid, no sorry, no offer to give me something else instead, NOTHING! Finally got what remained of our order at 10:41pm. This was beyond an absolutely TERRIBLE experience."

"Who ever the manager is working at 9am 1/4/24 at this location needs a reality check. I didn't get her name but she walked in and everyone was working and this lady was talking to them like children. Yall don't get paid enough to put up with that. She was super mad they were out of something and she was looking it back there. Find a new job lady cause this one isn't for you. It's fast food relaaaaaaaaaxxxxx"

"This place has the WORST time management EVER! They take one order at a time and will not take another one until they have given the first car there food then and only then will they take your order. You will be waiting 5 to 10 minutes between orders. In the time it took me to eat my food in the parking lot only 2 orders have been taken and I have seen 4 cars leave... If this is an under staffing issue then the OWNERS should be here helping out their crew! Its their are store so its their responsibility to make sure it's running efficiently. Please do better!!"

"just ordered a small whopper meal to go. person taking my order and the one taking my payment (same guy? I don't know) seemed like it was a bother to do these things. i live less than a mile away but by the time I got home, the burger eas was absolutely not warm at all. the fries were so it wasn't the travel time. the cashier drive up window snd frame are grossly dirty. I remember when BK had good fast food, good service, and clean premises. this was my last visit. ps the two stars are for the fries"
