I went to drop off a package with printed label and the guy told me to get it stuck from home or he will charge me for the tape next time - that was kinda surprising, extra bucks for tape. I aksed for his help with tape dispenser as it was cumbersome and he refused stating that if somethign goes wrong he doesn't want to be responsible - isn't that part of his job? I asked for a pair so scissors to cute the extra tape I got on the box by mistake and he said he doesn't have it - come on is it really Fedex??? Arn't they suppose to have basic supplies? Finally he got it, I wasn't going to leave the store without getting that extra tape cut. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience.If they cannot help, then they shouldn't be posted on the counter, just place a board with all instructions, and we can take care of it - anyways we were doing everything."
