On top of checking the main "eat local eat healthy" boxes, the recipes are absolutely delicious, and the instructions are well written. Makes a great gift for new parents or anyone recovering."

"A godsend. I am so happy we found The Minnow. From the ease of ordering, the lightning fast turnaround, to the great customer service and delicious, fresh meal kits. I am pregnant and on bed rest. "I've got three of the bundle meals now and all three have been fantastic! I have been making them early in the week, then saving them up and eating them for lunch at work throughout the week. Not only that, but thew cost is barely more than the grocery store (but you don't have to go to the grocery store) and for much better product, that is already prepped out for you, saving SO much time and brain space. I love that you can get a base meal then add to it. I recently got some of the artisan bread they carry and it's the best bread I've ever eaten. A big plus that the packaging is sustainable and re-used. Two thumbs up all around!"

"I have had the Shiitake Sesame Brown Rice Bowl and the Potato Wedges with Seasonal Salad Mix, and they were delicious! I couldn't get enough of the shiitake mushrooms. The Delivery was fast, and the instructions were easy to follow. I really like knowing my food is supporting local farmers and that its super fresh. If you're looking for an easy way to get fresh food in your diet, this is an amazing option."
