"I would not recommend. They’re unprofessional and absolutely lack communication skills with their clients Updated: They served me false documentation to extort more money from me. I’ve called Clackamas County to verify documents and was told no cases were pending against me. (This is all public information) they’ve lied to me and said they’d taken me to small claims for $65 plus trying to get the associated fees out of filing for this false paperwork. I’ve received little to no communication about a small bill owed to them, which I had no problem paying in the first place. Life gets a little hectic at times, and it was something I had overlooked. I’ve contacted both my county and their county to report falsified paperwork/ hand in evidence to the police for serving fraudulent information. I will go over to small claims tomorrow to verify and call my bank since they wanted to say I owed them more money. I hope nothing comes out of this other than the money that I owe them in the first place, but I don’t mind making this a more significant matter and going after them for extortion and false legal documentation. The case number I provided below has no record in the Clackamas County judicial system and I was told it's even missing a few numbers from a clerk over the phone. Updated: You’ve arm handled and threatened me with your business practices with how descriptive you’ve been. I’ll be getting in contact with the better better business bureau and attorney general."

"I was forced to give one star to leave this review. Wally deserves five negative stars. Wally treats women in a rude, condescending, and misogynistic manner and attempts to gain compliance through bullying and illegal badgering to the detriment of his clients. His work ethics are non-existent and he is unwilling to allow new evidence or facts to get in the way of doing his job. His methods take ambulance-chasing to a new low. Use his services at your own risk. He may be cheap but is still not worth the price you will pay."

"We have been using Wally with Action Services for five years for our FED filings, restitution/writ and sheriff lockout to gain possession of our property. Wally is great at negotiating an agreement to have the tenant vacate. Action does an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services."
