"TL;DR Anthony Kondos canceled my fully paid auto and home insurance policies a day early in retaliation for switching companies and calling him out for predatory practices. Guess what happens if you have a lapse in insurance, even for a day? It could cost thousands of dollars in increased rates. I'll skip the rant (that's for DFR). I just wanted to give you a heads up. It may start cheap, but the rates will go up and up and up every payment period. If you have to file a claim with them, the rates must get astronomical. All insurance companies are shady, but this place is borderline criminal. If this is the cheapest place you can find, save the headache and splurge on the second cheapest EDIT: You have to love the template responses from the "owner". You can tell this place hires a reputation management service. I wonder why..."
