"I moved home from many years living in California. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient in getting my State Farm CA. account information and setting me up with the needed Oregon accounts. Today I called about a couple of items. Hannah delivered great customer service and quickly got the change completed that I wanted in my car insurance. She then transferred me to claims where I reported my broken windshield. "Have had a really good experience I am actually writing after having canceled my policy, but only as it was no longer needed. I totally forgot to cancel and Hannah not only gave no complaint when I asked to cancel but asked if I needed it back dated as I would be getting a refund for the time that I had procrastinated canceling my policy. They also handled when I had my car rear ended and totaled, I loved that their first question was making sure I was safe and payout was very fast, and they handled everything for me with the other insurance."
