Now reading dozens & dzns of others same experience. Likely capturing goods to on sell for their profit knowing overseas buyers can't launch legal action."

"They have confirmed that they have received my package but have not replied to several messages that I have sent about having the package returned. I am luck, my package is only worth $30 but there are people who've been waiting 9+ weeks whose packages are worth significantly more than mine. Sounds like they've done a runner and have taken everyone's packages and money with them. DO NOT USE!!!"

"Terrrible service. Something has happened to the company in May 2023 and if they don't get it sorted out they will not survive. I have lost parcels and money, with no answer to my 6 emails asking for support. Update July 2023: they finally delivered my package but it was inexcusable to have no information for weeks on end as to what was wrong. They moved warehouses and changed customer support but please! keep your customers informed what is happening!"

"Little did I know that I could actually save a lot of $$$ when shopping US stores online. Here in the Philippines, buying US brand in retail stores are expensive.
