"Great ambiance. Great staff. Great food. Great cocktails. Great decor. I have no complaints. Staff and bartenders were amazing. Annie(?) esp was great. Sorry if I get the name wrong. But she was great and made some tasty cocktails and recommended my a nice absinthe and champagne cocktail that is now on my list of favorites: death in the afternoon. I think I would like an option for bottomless mimosas but I just like then too much I think. Anyway. Thank you all. Everything I had was perfect. And chefs in the back. Thank you guys too. Am and Pm staff both were nice to chat with."

"I was staying at the Hyatt Centric during the snow storm in end Feb'23. Was looking for breakfast and with the weather, the hotel understood maybe more folks might be staying and less staff were able to come in, so they pivoted off their normal menu and served a buffet. I enjoyed their standard options of eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Toast was stale since I came near the end of their buffet, but I asked staff to see if they can make a new batch and they did it quickly. The only thing that pushed me the wrong way, was that I did see staff members pour the leftover orange/grapefruit juices back into their original containers. Auto 20% for for the buffet. Definitely open to trying their normal menu when I'm back in town!"
