"I've had multiple transactions with this freight forwarder with absolutely no issue. Most of these reviews are people who haven't actually shipped anything and just bandwagoning off the other reviews. Both Paypal and eBay terms and conditions say if your customer is using a freight forwarder, all you are required to do is to prove you shipped the item to the warehouse. All of my items shipped successfully with no problems. If the buyer tries to claim the item isn't as described, they cannot receive a refund as they lose all eligibility when they use a freight forwarder."

"Someone under Ebay name Lucy_7036 paid for expensive listing of mine today 11/29/2022. They messaged me asking for $200 off price before hand, which was odd. Then they went ahead and bought my item for full price. I googled their address and here I am. Warning to others, do not ship to this address. I reported to Ebay and was told they will investigate but obviously they aren't doing enough if 20+ other complaints here. The user tried to say they have 100% positive feedback and they don't know why the warehouse has all these negative reviews . . . Too risky."

"This is a forwarding agency that Chinese buyers use to have items shipped from within the US to China. Most of my shipments go through smoothly without incident. However, the zipcode provided to my customers seems to be incorrect which results in items being shuffled around for a while before they actually arrive here. Secondly, don't expect to get any customer service if something goes wrong. The US-based phone number is out of order and no one responds to email."

"DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM TO THIS ADDRESS WARNING!! Scammers using this address and a bunch of other ones beware and cancel the ebay order now if you got one. They are using hacked accounts and credit cards for payment and will chargeback when the item is delivered!"

"Ordered an album from me using 3 different names and PayPal immediately flagged the order leaving me to believe something doesn't jive. After carefully reviewing order and seeing the payment came from the UK, but wants to be delivered to Oregon under a totally different name than what's on the order, doesn't sit well with me. I googled the address and luckily canceled the order on my end, after reading these lovely reviews about this character. Thanks guys - y'all saved me an album! Much love!!"
