The crew arrived promptly at 7 AM on a Sunday morning. They got to work immediately, and packed everything up efficiently. The truck arrived early afternoon at our new apartment in Seattle, and the crew unloaded everything and placed it in each room. Everything was unloaded so FAST! We were impressed. "No, I am not saying this is a bad company to do business with , just be ware. I have never giving a bad review and it pains me to do this, but I hope no one ever encounters this issue. The owner of this business was the nicest, but... He sent out a crew of two, only one was able to do the job of a mover. Had to call my son to come and help, I had to jump in and help too. I did not want to be a complainer or the nagging client and that too backfired. I had to fire both the mover and the moving company. I still paid over $600 dollars with about 25% content of my storage. Worst experience as a consumer, and the nice business owner? he suggested sending two other guys the next day and charge less. thanks but no thanks, getting screwed once was enough. best to you"
