"The only reason I'm not giving this place a "1" is due to the fact I don't wish to punish Wolf for her poorly-mannered secretary. That firm is specifically popping up in multiple online lists pertaining specifically to tenant-landlord (real estate) matters. However, when I called in & explained to this secretary that I was having an issue with my landlord - she cut me off with a very rude "We don't handle THOSE kind of cases SIR!!" I wish I could better articulate her tone & demeanor for you all, but you'll just have to take my word for it that she was about as rude as it gets, & I'm NOT referring at all to the simple fact that they aren't the attorney(s) for this particular scenario, because not all firms practice the same law. I'd only called them because that firm is - again - coming up as a result for these matters on more than one reputable location. My advice for Sara - get a new secretary!"
