"I gave it a two star because they are professional in communication with their clients. However, THEY ARE NOT FIGHTING ATTORNEYS. My attorney was K. Pecht and he was not a fighter. He was willing to go for settlement and a quick close, not willing to fight for the real damages done to me when I got hurt at work, Amazon in Salem OR. After hearing the numbers they offered for settlement, Kellen Pecht from Bell Law was getting way more and I was going to end up with a tiny settlement after paying all my medical bills. This firm will try to push you to settle. Anyways, bottom line is, this attorney Kellen Pecht from Bell law is NOT a fighter. He is not a good negotiator. I strongly believes he only cares for the quick close in a worker’s compensation case and get his cut. I would recommend other stronger firms before hiring this one. Unless you are really desperate, then go for them. However, expect to close your case early and basically loose."
