"My experience with State Farm has been pretty awful. I was pretty straight forward with kind of coverage I was requesting, agreed to a specific quote and it turned out to be much less than quoted. I was surprised, but the agent was also and they assured me they double checked the quote and it was what I originally requested. I ended up with car trouble and that is when I found out I was not covered. I asked for it to be fixed but I still needed to pay hundreds of dollars and then get reimbursed 7-10 business days later. I did not even have collision coverage. It’s now being backdated so I will have to pay over $100 in a policy that didn’t end up getting used. I had to reach out to receive all of this information. Definitely wish I would have stuck with my previous insurance agency."
