"I’m blown away by my incredibly positive experience here. I went in for a tube and left with the confidence, knowledge and tools to go swap it on my own. We talked trails, personal bikes, etc. I’m looking for an excuse to go back (which won’t be difficult, as they have literally everything I could ever want for my tw200)."
"Customer service is above and beyond expectations! Super easy to contact, made my husband’s birthday gifts for his TW200 extra special! Thank you!!!"
"I purchased a Seat Concepts Seat and some Warp9 parts for my DR650 and had them shipped to Europe. I must say, it was a pleasant experience with great customer service. My order arrived just 3 days after it left Procycle. I will definitely order again if I have a list of parts that I need. Thank you very much to Sherman and the rest of the team!"
"I have purchased several items online or by phone from these folks and have had great experiences everytime. The people that work there are riders, they ride dual sport, adventure machines. First time I have been to the company in person was few days ago. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and the visit was like chatting with new friends. The products they sell are quality and specialty applications I many cases bike specific . Highly recommend them if you own a XRL or DR. Dual sport."
"I don't know where to begin. This was the most pleasant enjoyable educational and fulfilling trip to any store I have ever had. I recently purchased a DR650 and I came with a TM40 carburetor on it but it was a huge mess, Cycletune of Portland wouldn't even touch it that was a bummer. I walked in the door with a very limited knowledge of carburetor disassembly and reassembly so I knew I was going to just buy a new one. In comes Drum the man who put me on the right track to being a dual sport master. He wanted to see my nasty carb before I bought a new one and thank him he did! Within 10 minutes he gave a the whole rundown on taking apart the carb what everything was in it and the few small but very important steps in the process then compared mine to a brand new one showing me that all I needed was new jets at a cost of $30 I was and still am ecstatic about that revelation. From there he gave me a plan for the night which included cleaning and soaking the carb and getting ready for the new jets. The next day I returned and in the parking lot finished cleaning my carb all the while he was encouraging me and helping when he could it was invaluable help that really boosted my confidence in my moto and myself successfuly bringing it back to life after a few hours I had a fresh rebuild with everything looking great. And you know what it started with out a single flash of hesitation Thank you Drum and Thank you Procycle! I know now there's nothing I can't fix with the right folks to help things along"
