"I spoke to a woman named Sirrena I believe her name is. Just a few minutes ago today May 5th ,2023 1:29pm, and she was giving some false information about work comp, and how the way to only overturn a work comp claim is to hire an attorney this is false information You don't need a work comp attorney to make your claim. Speaking from experience since I've been dealing with my work injuries since June 25th of 2021 and have been representing myself after four lawyers couldn't. Remember just because their lawyers doesn't mean they're always right. You always have to double check work too. There's a lot of malpractice in the work comp system and in auto and in generally healthcare. My son twin number two sister passed away when she was 4 days old. For three days they told my my son was going to die. On the 4th day it switched my son was fine and my daughter didn't look so good. I was 18 years old at the time. Fast forward to November of 2014 where he pulled out his g tube. The doctors didn't care said he would be fine. He could not have liquid only thicket food. His teeth became very bad he had to have teeth surgery. Start putting in medical complaints. Medical board look it up. You can also submit your own documents. You can also file the complaint with the company themselves. Doctors need to remember that they work for the people not the insurance companies. And lawyers need to remember that they work for the people not the insurance company or the doctors or whoever you're going after. They work for you. My suggestion is to always think of any transaction as a business transaction. How would you want to be professionally treated, and you're paying them for it whether it's out of pocket or insurance. You are the boss."
