"This firm was selected as it appeared to be among the best in the area, and it may well be. However in our case the gatekeeper has prevented our ability to connect. Money is no object we just want the best. So our original contact we were instructed to provide the general nature of the issue along with all known perps so they could screen for conflicts (insure our perps werent their clients.) No problem and promptly returned. Their next response floored us! Pasted: "I was able to check the names you provided and potentially there is a conflict in place. Legally, I can’t disclose who or what the conflict related too. If you would like to continue, please complete the questionnaire I originally emailed you and the attorney will decide whether or not the conflict is a true conflict or not" Seriously? (The questionaire requires every possible detail to the case.) Hey Owner, do you really instruct your screeners to assume the potential client is really THAT stupid? Took the time here in case theres more training needed to your staff. We also are in business and need to know when our staff are fumbling.."
