"Spoke with Tony. Never have I received such poor customer service. He kept sighing every time I asked a simple question. He then proceeded to transfer my call to to his employee who was actually very nice and helpful. I am just surprised that his employees would run the business better than he can since he is the agent. I hope he learns from his employees and takes notes on what real customer service is."

"My introduction to Tony Core's Farmers Insurance office was a cold call I received from one of the office staff. I made it known at the outset that I'd been loyal to one (different) insurance company for over 30 years and that I was quite satisfied with the policies I had.
