"We initially came over to Hayes insurance group because of the sales rep. Our rep ended up switching careers and we we felt like we were left hanging. **update- We have had a new issue that came up and Brooks and his team were able to help us and rectify the situation. I appreciate them taking the time to make things right. We are human beings and we are not perfect, I understand that we make mistakes.
