"While waiting at the intersection of Airport Road and Santiam, I observed a TMT medical transport van run the red light(not the yellow) while looking at his phone. It’s one thing for the driver to take into account his own well-being, but if he had a client in that transport, that’s being extremely reckless."

"I am a hospital social worker that arranged transport for a hospice patient that desperately wanted to go home today and I want to thank the TMT crew that transported him from the Riverbend hospital this afternoon, they were so patient, professional, and kind with the hospital staff, patient, and family as we were running late and they were grappling with a tight schedule. I unfortunately didn’t get the names of the two men but I wanted to let the company and community know that your staff is top notch and the hospital appreciates you! Thank you!"

"Guy driving a TMT Transport van license plate number OR 316 LJT was waiting in line at the Albany Burgerville today and the driver was EXTREMELY rude and impatient to EVERYONE around him or even cars just driving past his van to leave the parking lot. NASTY VISCIOUS TEMPER. He was yelling and cussing out the downed window of his van on multiple occasions. If this is what their drivers are like just waiting in line for food, I would hate to see them on a bad day and sure the hell would not them working for or delivering to me. Hope I never see him on the road, with a temper like that I would be afraid of road rage."

"The team was great. They transported my mother from the hospital to a 3rd floor apartment (without an elevator) so the family could visit her during her last days. When others said it couldn't be done they made it happen."

They go out of their way to make our residents feel safe and secure during transport and they work with the resident to make sure that they are comfortable.
