"This place is super cool! I've been trying to hunt around the Portland metro area for a copy of The Urbz: Sims in the City for Nintendo DS, which I've had a hard time finding. They had not only one copy, but two! (And I took both, I had to give the other to my boyfriend who is now enjoying this amazing game too.) The people who run this store are friendly and helpful, and they generally know a lot about games! I enjoy how the store is organized and they have a lot to offer when it comes to geek culture. I don't often come to Gresham area, but whenever I am around, I'll definitely be stopping by this store, and recommending it to others."
"This place is awesome for video game stuff. Good selection, fair pricing, etc. Trade-in process is ATROCIOUS, however. 5 mtg cards took almost 2 hours to get me an offer. Most trades you have to leave there for almost a week before you get an offer (if they even call you. I had to call them). If they worked on the trade in issues (there are many), I feel like it would be the perfect store."
"I recently found a few Pokemon cards in a storage unit I bought, knowing very little about them I decided to try and sell them. The people here were very helpful and brought to my attention that some of them were fake and showed me how to spot the fakes. All and all I got a fair price and learned some new details for the future. I highly appreciate the help and recommend anyone interested in this stuff give them a try"
"Good selection of video games (used), TTRPGs and supplies, and open space/tables for groups to play. They seem to be actively improving things like store layout and their stock. I don't live particularly close so I only have been in a few times over about a year, but if you're in the neighborhood you should check them out. A good place to support."
"Bought a copy of Super Smash Bros Brawl for the specialty price of $29.99 (about $10-$5 more than online) a couple of months ago; back when they were still at the Gresham Town Fair location. Didn't look too much at the game when I was at the store given I was with friends and didn't want to take up their precious time. Later, upon playing it, it would stop reading the disc about three minutes into the game. I popped the disc out to see why and upon further inspection the disc itself was slightly bent and almost looks like it has disc rot. Not to mention that the cover in the case is not even the original; it's just a shoddy reprint and not even a good one. They kept the disc in a drawer behind the counter in a sleeve probably to prevent theft but because of this I had no idea as to the condition of the disc. I live far out and don't go drive to Gresham very often so the option to drive all the way back to return the game didn't seem all that appealing especially with the gas prices at the time; they do have a 1 or 2 week return period so that's cool I guess even though I didn't use it."
