The extras were his kind demeanor and his genuine concern for her comfort and safety. He's definitely a role model for others."

"For the most part I have no issues as most of the driver are decent but once in a while I'll get someone who is rude or like on a power trip. Today when I got on a bus on Broadway and Pine the driver asked if it was me who moved the temporary bus stop sign almost like I had nothing better in my life to do and a few years ago during the covid pandimic I accidently entered the wrong door on the bus and that bus driver just yelled at me. Some of the drivers need to be trained in anger management. I know being a bus driver can be a stressful job but no need to be hostile to the riders who just wants to ride the bus."

"I am disabled and use a walker. It appears that some of the drivers act irritated when I ask for the ramp to board the bus. And some of the drivers stare at me and wait for me to ASK for the ramp???? I feel a little bit more compassion should be practiced by the drivers. The Cherry lift service needs more work on their scheduling, I have had to take a cab twice to get to an appointment on time. One of those times I had to pay $50.00 for a one way trip. Who on a fixed income can afford that?"

"It is clean, has colorful people now and then hanging out. The drivers are nice, a few stinkers, but this new crop good. Too many youths hanging out, need to be trained on using the garbage cans. Even the reduced senior cost is too much some days"
