"Called 3 times as I needed a fridge delivered, got voicemail all 3 times. It's not a good sign of a business when at the point of sale you can't get ahold of them. I left a voicemail on the 3rd attempt, and 2 days later still got no callback. I'm a businessman, and don't understand how a place can stay in business when they won't call back a person who wants to spend money with them. Just call and say you are backlogged, or you can't provide what I'm asking....Some kind of communication. Frustrating that they advertise themselves as a company who could have solved a problem for me, and I can't even talk to them."
"I initially was very pleased with the men that delivered my appliances. Friendly and happy guys. I inspected my refrigerator before they brought it in the house. Everything looked fine. What I didn't do was look at it AFTER they peeled off the blue tape that was holding everything closed on the inside. They installed it, peeled off all the blue tape, tested the water, (which is an internal dispenser, so they were IN the fridge) and left. I was their last delivery so they were happy to be done. A few minutes after they left, I open the fridge and the first thing I see is extensive, deep scratches on one of the drawers, which had previously been covered with the blue tape. There is NO WAY that they didn't see the scratches. The good business thing to do would have been to point it out to me and pack it out. But they didn't. They headed home. When I called them and told them how disappointed I was that they didn't say anything they adamantly denied the accusation. I wanted them to come back and get it, but they refused. They had been gone about 20 minutes at this point. I called the trucking company itself and the OWNER called me a liar, wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise, told me he didn't care "and he was the owner" then handed the phone off to some lady ( he called me a crazy lady as he did this!) who tried rationalizing that since I am a married woman I should know that men do not notice these kinds of things...what the heck? Then when my husband called, they accused US of causing the damage. IT IS THEIR JOB TO NOTICE, and the damage was significant and covered by blue protective tape which they peeled off. IT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN LIKE THAT! For all I know THEY did the damage while they installed it. They most definitely saw it when they peeled that tape off! Completely unprofessional company. If you want a company that has an attitude that once they unload and have you sign the waivers and "lets just hope they don't notice because it's not our problem anymore", this is the company! It almost looks like someone stuck an old used drawer in it! It is that bad!"
