"My biggest mistake was to use this company's international import custom service. The broker didn't know were is my load. I was on the phone for 5 hours and found my pallets in Los Angeles, CA. I made 2000 miles on the truck to get them to Portland, OR. Poor logistics and communication. They charged service fees, but they didn't do they job correctly. So, the pallets were in New Jersey on November 17, 2021 and broker always told us she didn't know were are they, because they are in transit. On December 17, 2021 we started to call all transportation companies to find out were are our pallets. We got them at warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. There was the broker's job to call transportation companies and let us know were is our load. At Los Angeles, CA I got damaged pallets, but who cares about my load? Last 4 years I was using broker's services for international custom, but this company is the worst one."
