They now charge $1 each for drop offs, and when we politely said we will take our 6 packages to the carrier instead, they told us "please do not come back, have a good day" - oh, we won't be back, you just lost 4 people's business in one transaction. USPS will pick up packages straight from our door for free, have fun going out of business."

"I have shipped packages from Mail Room Plus for years. I was surprised to hear that the manager has decided to charge customers a surcharge to ship USPS packages. The fee is only $1.00, but when you have already paid for shipping and handling this does not seem right. I asked what the charge was for and I was informed that it was for handling and storing the package. There was no charge for UPS, FedEx, or DHL."
