"On January 25, 2024 around 4 pm on Northeast Mallory avenue a man driving one of your vehicles was driving recklessly. He almost hit our car when backing up and then proceeded to get out and scream at us why we weren't "giving him enough space." He should learn how to control his anger especially when he's representing a company. Thank god no one was hurt and if I see him I'll report him to the police on that sub human trash. Ps. I have the vehicles license plate [ends with 22]"

"Ride Connection is an amazing resource. We have been using them for just over a month now for my mom who can no longer drive. We use ride connection to fill in the occasional gap where we are not able to get mom where she needs to go pulling from our existing network of friends and family. The folks I speak with on the phone and the drivers have all been very friendly. We are lucky to have access to a service like this."
