"The service department is terrible. They are so unprofessional. They lied to me multiple times. When I initially called to schedule an appointment they told me that there was a $90 something service for for diagnosing my car, which I told them multiple times what was wrong but they said they had to since it had the check engine light on, and that that fee would go towards getting my car fixed. I thought weird but okay especially since I tried to tell them what was wrong multiple times. Then I mad sure on the phone that they weren't going to keep my car for too long because the day they wanted to schedule for happens to be the day I'm heading out of town. They say that they won't cool. Come to find out when I come in they they have over schedule themselves and need to hold my car for longs, no it's not okay I have plans. Then they tell me they aren't fixing my car just diagnosing it, again I'm thinking what the hell is going on. Finally they said that they called me to tell me this but I never got a call and I never had any message left. Finally for the cherry on top I was lied to about the diagnosing fee and that if they fix my car the same day it is just added into the overall cost of the repair. So now I'm mentally exhausted and I've been lied to multiple times. I do most of my own car work and only brouth it in because I'm low on time and also needed an oild change. Needless to say I will never be coming back again."
"Parts department is a joke, gives ridiculous price quotes, I end up calling a different dealership and getting a part that's supposedly backordered and not available for 600 plus, for 200 less and shipped same day. Seems like their mark up is extremely high and the parts department either doesn't want to sell customers parts, or flat out doesn't want to do their job. Lost my business for good, I'll never set foot on their lot again."
"I want to point out to start that the front desk staff is very friendly, and this post has nothing to do with them. My main issue with Roberson is the incompetence within the service department. One of the techs spilled oil all over my motor when doing a routine oil top off. This spill led to my alternator failing, which they then tried to claim was an oil leak from my vehicle that caused the issue. They offered a free oil change and charged me $90 to look at an issue they created. Good staff, but I won't be going back."
"Beware of the service department! Once you get past the courteous and professional front desk it's all down hill from there. I had a simple oil service done, they spilled oil all over the valve cover which in turn ran down on the alternator and smoked it. Carlos the service manager took zero accountability for their gross incompetence. I've been a a customer for over 20 years . I'm done!"
"By far the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I have quite a bit of experience with this)! We bought a '21 Bronco and we were thoroughly impressed by the price and by how kind and not pushy Mike, our sales guy, was. Not only that, but they gave us an amazing deal for our trade-in. My fiance was the one who saw the Bronco and went in while I was at an appointment and convinced me to come look. I had zero intention of trading in my vehicle, but they happened to have the perfect vehicle, the perfect price, the perfect trade-in value and the best sales people."
