"I recently switched banks hoping this one would be better than my last one and I’ve had nothing but problems with them so far. I took out a car loan with them and purchased an out of state vehicle which took them a week to finish paperwork on only for them to raise the APR on the final paperwork an extra 2% which was ridiculous, but at that point I had no other option to go through them. They’ve rejected transactions many times when I had the money in my account and have charged me multiple times on one transaction only for the help on the line to be condescending and having to wait 10 days for that money back into my account. So disappointed in this bank. Don’t recommend."
