Wells Fargo Bank

"This is the only Wells Fargo in Albany now that the other location closed. The other location was farther from my home but I was willing to drive to it because the ATM was more conveniently located. This location has 2 drive thru lines but more often than not, one line is closed. If this is common practice, then the other line should be changed to a drive thru ATM. As it is now, customers have to park and walk to the ATM located across the parking lot on the other side of the building. This is very inconvenient for parents with small children, as well as any customers that may have difficulties walking. There are other times that the ATM is not working which again, is very inconvenient."

"Would give 0 stars They can't even keep their bank hours correct. One sign says open Saturday the. The one they post on paper says closed on Saturday. What a worthless bank. Moving my business elsewhere"

"If I could give them a 0 star I would. I’ve had non stop issues with them. I’ve been charged late fees that shouldn’t have been. I had them pull out money without my knowledge. They have never been helpful. I got charged for something that I didn’t get and they didn’t want to give me a refund. I had a friend go in to pay their mortgage and they were rude disrespectful and not helpful. The bank told my friend that she now has it suspended for 3 years and there is nothing that they can do. My friend got told she can’t order a new card because the bank told her that she was already sent a new card, but she never received it. They put you on hold if you call the 1800 number for hours. When you go into their branch they are rude and they ignore the customers when the line is out the door. If you’re new to banking then this bank is NOT for you. This bank sucks and I will never go through them again."

"If I could give no starts I would.. had a very unpleasant experience with Chloe from the drive up, I gave her my deposit and bank card and got a very nasty response of needing my i.d., I was taken back as to never being asked that and she then said it’s because I don’t know you! Hmmmmm that’s a very odd way to treat customers! I been with Wells Fargo for 10+ years and will be closing accounts"

"I wish I could give 0 stars. I lost a lot of time and money by trying to use this bank on a Saturday. On google it says they are open 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday but upon arrival no one was there and the lights were all off. The sign on their door said the same for the hours though there was another sign with 10:00am to 2:00 pm. I waited an additional hour at the bank and again no one showed up. I was supposed to be working and I lost a load of money and valued time, not to mention I couldn't cash my checks so I lost out on buying my first car. They even confirmed these opening times on google a week prior but they completely lied. This branch is under incredibly poor management and it is criminally understaffed. Wells Fargo is a joke and you shouldn't bank with them anymore. If you can't trust them to open up their doors at the proper time don't trust them with your money."
