"This bank blocks every purchase I make. I rarely have free access to MY money and it's such a hassle. Everytime I call they say the problem has been fixed but the card continues to not work. I don't like when people play with my money and if I could give negative stars I would."

"Decent bank but they go overboard with convenience fees. I pay 200/month for a special account and they still charge me $25 a wire, $5 to send me a e-statement, stuff that is way easier and free with larger banks. Decent bank, but the fact that I have to wait for someone to call me back anytime I call is concerning. There have been emergency situations when I’ve called and had to wait several hours before getting a call back. This is why I do not keep most of my money at this bank."
