"Very dishonest employees who will do and say anything to get your service and bonuses. Was assured my particular direct deposit will be available 3 days sooner. Nope, then had the woman who took my call try and manipulate me by side stepping my question/concern by saying we dont withhold funds....Not even remotely honest to what I had said to her. Rewind months back had a employee at the Downtown location sign me up for an ignite account without my permission or even being present...Gotta get that bonus I suppose. Was that complaint taken seriously, no."

"I wish I could put zero stars. This bank is terrible! None of them know what they are doing. After being told in the bank that on RV loans they don’t take into account different features that an RV has, I called their head office and they said that they absolutely do. We ended up getting a RV loan with a different bank at a way better interest rate. Also after this experience I switched banks."
