"Went to get Euros and told I have to have an account. Offered to open savings and told down two bankers so no. Then asked if my 3 year old grandson who waited in line with me could use the bathroom… guess what … members only."
"Bank of America is the worst bank in the world!! They do nothing but lie and steal your money!! They will change there rules inorder to steal your money without telling you."
"Been banking with bank of america for awhile now. There probably one of the worst banks I have been through. They don't really have customer service it just sends you an a never ending loop of calls too call and automated messages lol took 4 hrs too try and talk too a real person. This bank does not car 1/10 would not recommend this bank too anyone"
"Kristin #87198 of this branch laughed at my money being stolen and refused to help. Bank of America stole my money. $3400. I have now been completely scammed multiple times by Bank of America. Tried to leave a positive message. There was an electronic funds transfer of $3400.00 sent to Bank of America out of my account on 09/01/2022. I am a disabled Marine Vet single father of a special needs child. We live pay check to pay check. Instead of doing the right thing (like they said they would) and immediately putting the funds back in "maximum 24 hours." Well, it is the morning of the third my payments now late my utilities are shut off. No money. Cannot pay my landlord so they will be adding $50 a day. It is a Saturday and Monday is holiday so B of A isn't open. This is a HUGE bank scam. If I wasn't aware and tracking that money it would be kept by the bank. A BILLION DOLLAR BANK can take my money in seconds "accidentally" but magically forgets to put it back. I am so in debt this is disgusting all due to this bank. I already was robbed my their Mortgage Lender who took all my personal info and never returned, she was "Fired" because she just ghosted, never called or showed back up. And I have been fighting identity theft since."
"My first checking account was established at Bank of America in Northern California in 1969. The bankers and staff have always treated me kindly, professionally and with respect. I appreciate their excellent customer service over the past 50 years. I will be visiting this branch later today (12.06.2019) to discuss an overdraft fee that was processed in error. Upon further investigation I have discovered the origin of this error is a potential problem with their cyber security at the ATM Location next to the Roth's Supermarket on 4555 Liberty Rd S, Salem, OR 97302. I will bring digital documentation that will support my concerns and fully expect the Branch Manager to respond in a timely and professional manner. It is also possible that the potential security breach originates from my Chase Bank checking account too. Normally my company bills their services out at a minimum charge of $275 per hour - but I am going to present this information without any expectation of compensation. I hope that other patrons will alert their bank staff to any irregularities in their account so that we all enjoy the benefits of secure digital banking. Highly Recommended. *****Five Stars*****"
