"Have talked to multiple employees about the same request and they have all agreed to take care of it yet It hasn’t been done in five days. Very poor Customer service. Also, their cards constantly have issues and don’t work resulting in multiple replacements. Website is hit or miss as many of the options don’t work properly. Many other credit unions outshine this one. They also outsource many services."

"I use valley credit Union for my business account, but I'm currently changing my personal account that I have at Wells Fargo for valley credit Union as well. For many reasons, for starters they make you feel so sure and secure. Also another thing is that they all are very nice and well mannered I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be attended. Whenever I go through the drive thru ATM it's always quick and easy. I've also received a loan from valley credit Union and Jennifer Dose the Loan Officer at the Union was spectacular very well mannered and super easy to work with. She made all the paperwork very clear and it was super easy to understand everything with her. She also helped get the best deal and the APR percentage she helped us obtain was super low! Recommended 100%. And for all the Spanish speaking customer's I would recommend asking for Natalia Suarez for help she's great in every aspect!"
