"We went in to get a new cover for our hot tub almost four months ago. We had the dimensions but they still ordered the wrong cover. They were kind enough to come pick it up and reorder another cover. We waited another month, no cover. They called the factory to see what was the hold up, the factory thought our order was an accident double order. So they were going to make it as soon as possible, that was a month ago. Still no hot tub cover~~. The staff is very friendly and helpful but their ability to get us our cover is not impressive. We are still waiting to get our cover, very disappointed. Update……. December 2023 We have received our cover and the company is trying to make it right, which we really appreciate."
